When I try to install the program, a window pops up asking me to download .NET Core, but when I click OK, nothing happens.

this has rendered the non-portable version totally unusable even when the latest version of .Net Core/Runtime is installed

I was unable to replicate the issue.
However, it might have been due to .Net core 3.1 being out of support.

WinReform's latest version is now running .Net8.0, hopefully that solves the issue
