Could it be that you have it in the disallowed domains list? Anyways, logs should help:

I cannot resolve the URL: www.home24.de -> home24.de does work, but when I try to resolve www.home24.de I get errors:

tested with DNSSEC on/off and with TLS on/off -> neither works
Even deactivated every Filter List.
Expected Behavior
www.home24.de should be resolved properly
Actual Behavior
No response. even no log entry.
