I don't see the option to create a new template in the UI, does this exist?

Column templates	When creating many data feeds, Adobe recommends creating a column template. Selecting a column template automatically includes the specified columns in the template. Adobe also provides several templates by default.

Thanks for the report! Column templates can be created using the data feeds API; however, we are still working on publishing the docs for them. I'll let you know when they are published!
