More functionality for the CTkDLib CTKCalendar widget

Hello, first of all thank you for all your work the widget are amazing

I would like to ask if there is a function or a way to:

• Set a Fixed Year: initialize the calendar to a specific year and prevent year changes by hiding or disabling the year navigation buttons.

• Month and Day Selection: allow month and day selection by maintaining the default calendar behavior for these components while restricting the year changes. (same as the first but like in a different way)

• Disabling certain cells
