In the original Shifty native app, it was possible to issue a product to a specific account, under the assumption that it was paid for in person in the cafe. We want this functionality back in the webapp.

Either baristas or managers should have access to it, needs to be discussed.

Requires the addition of a new endpoint in analog-core
