This issue was formed from the conversation in #279, a similar suggestion, which if this one is implemented, would also solve the other suggestion.

Unsure if it is possible and feasible for us & the users (which is why I have added the need more info label to this suggestion), but this suggestion hopes that eventually NBT-API can be used to access NBT data from mobs and use them as conditions in the rules system.

For example, checking slime sizes - hence, this suggestion's relation to #279.
