Azure ServiceTag using Powershell

Is any one successful get the 'Address Prefixes' of Service Tags using the steps mentioned in this page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.network/get-aznetworkservicetag?view=azps-10.2.0#example-1

I could only get this result when i try , but not with IP prefixes. Can any one help ?

But i am expecting the below.

Updated Az.Network and retried . No change in the output.
