Voice Manager Terms and Conditions of Use

Terms
By using the Voice Manager bot ("the Bot") by Fish With Pockets team ("We or Us") or viewing, copying or modifying the source code and materials of the bot ("the Source materials"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Bot or accessing the Source materials. The Source materials are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Use License
Permission is granted to use the bot functionality as provided by Discord services. Also, permission is granted to view, copy, modify and use the Socurce materials to create private instances of the Bot for personal use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not propagate the Source materials for monetary gain without proper credit and remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials. This will let our team to terminate upon violations of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing, copying and modifying rights will also be terminated and you should destroy any copies of the Source material in your possession, modified or not, whether it is printed or electronic format.

The Bot and the Source materials are provided "as is". Our team makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, We do not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials provided by Us or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to the Bot or the Source materials.
Limitations
We or Our suppliers will not be hold accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the Bot or the Source materials, even if We or an authorized representative of Ours has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Revisions and Errata
The Bot and the Source materials may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We will not promise that any of the provided materials are accurate, complete, or current.
