Target Temp on Home Screen

I may be missing something obvious but the one thing that seems to be missing from the blueprint is the ability to show the target temp for the climate control on the home screen. This should be possible as I have seen it on nspanel flashed with other esphome builds. Anyone have a quick hack for this ? Thanks!!
