Make the categories not hardcoded and store in the db

Right now, the categories are hardcoded inside of:
test-entry.schema.ts, xml-generation-service.ts, create-test-entry.component.ts. It would be much cleaner if we will create a separate schema to store all categories. Schemas located in libs/api-implementation/models
