A Workaround for Workers AI

Use https://github.com/chand1012/openai-cf-workers-ai to deploy on workers, then we can get BASE_URL, OPENAI_API_KEY. Use them deploy a new instance on vercel, add CUSTOM_MODEL.

Here is a CUSTOM_MODEL example:
