Video States as Filter Scopes in Admin Overview

Sometimes, videos have problems with transcoding and moving files over to Object Storage. While the Video Overview section of the Admin panel shows labels on videos where this happens, it's much harder to search for those videos specifically.

Right now, I have to filter videos by other scopes such as is:Local and isLive:false and hls:false. This generates some kind of list to work with, but it's tedious and might not catch all affected videos.

Describe the solution you would like

It would be great if the filter feature included video statuses like Transcoding Failed or Failed to Move to Object Storage as options, so that admins can easily figure out which videos need to be fixed during server maintenance.
