Describe the problem to be solved

Peertube offers tools to perform live, which is awesome, but lacks tools to promote your live. Here are a few pain points:

1. comments under a live-video is the only option to notify your audience of a planned live event,
2. no tool to attach images or short videos or survey or any attachement that may catch the eye amongst other posts in a social network thread (there may already be an issue for that),
3. comments can't be edited, which is a problem if you indicated wrong infos about next live event there may already be an issue for that),
4. hashtags in comments don't seem to be interpreted; they are rendered as mere text from Mastodon.

One more thing but it's more of a santa:
Peertube is basically not a social network. Which means you don't stay connected like you would on another ActivityPub SN so you don't get notified when the community interacts with you (the incoming dedicated app will probably improve that). I would very much love to be able to manage my Peertube account from another ActivityPub account like Mastodon. Get notified by and reply to interaction on behalf of my Peertube account, but from, let's say, Mastodon.

Describe the solution you would like

This is more of a general issue so there's no real solution for this but here are a few things that may improve the situation:

1. be able to post things from Peertube independently of videos comments,
2. add comment and post edition,
3. add support for attaching images, videos and surveys to posts,
4. add support for planning regular reminder of the event (that may be an option to repost a post every x between 2 dates or something fancier)
5. add interactions to posts (favorite or reshare or something else) or even create a specific "event" object to which people can interact with a "I will participate" kind of interaction, anda page for listing live to which you planned to participate, even add an ICS export to put to your calendar.

Just throwing ideas here. Feel free to critique or expand.
