Transcoding profile for peertube runner

Describe the problem to be solved

Video types vary, we may need to re-encode some videos with different encoding settings instead of the default settings, but when peertube runner is enabled, it does not allow switching the Transcoding profile, and peertube runner does not use the custom Transcoding profile settings.

Describe the solution you would like

Can peertube runner be compatible with transcoding-custom-quality? I want the runner to use the custom-quality plugin's Transcoding profile. I hope the idea is clear and I hope it will be available soon.
