Hacknight Roles: Dolphin Tank

We want establish Dolphin Tank sessions at hacknights on a regular basis.

The Dolphin Tank is a collaborative, supportive space where participants can pitch ideas, share challenges, and get feedback from the community. By creating a well-defined role, we can ensure the session is happening regularly and effective at supporting the launch of new community projects.

We think this needs:

• Establishing role clarity: Document the role and runsheet for the Dolphin Tank facilitator.
• Pilot and community development: Pilot the Dolphin Tank sessions and build up a roster of community members comfortable to volunteer for the role.
