Overordnet beskrivelse af funktionen

Underopgave til #739 - anonymisering af data ved at flytte adresse til rådhuset for pågældende kommune

@mhewel har oprettet regneark med kommune adresser her

Opgaver

  • Opret database tabel med kommune adresser (fra regneark)
  • Funktion til at anonymisere en given person, baseret på DAWA kommune id
  • Se GDPR - beskrivelse af løsning #739 for logik omkring hvornår en person kan anonymiseres
