What feature is it?

To add a new field/line with Air Quality in the https://docs.rsshub.app/zh/routes/forecast#he-feng-tian-qi-jin-san-tian-tian-qi

What problem does this feature solve?

More infomation with air quality (level, index, .etc) enriched.

API Doc: https://dev.qweather.com/docs/api/air/air-daily-forecast/
API Key required.

This is not a duplicated feature request or new RSS proposal
