Missing copper seed recipe

I tried to create a copper seed. Tried with ingots, blocks, ores, nuggets and raw ores. Nothing worked. Went in to Roughly Enough Items to look for the recipe and didn't find one. Tried to create copper seed with no mods but the Croparia and Patchouli in a new world, still no luck.
