Bad collisions on StuG/StuH destroyed meshes #1748

Describe the bug

Collisions on destroyed StuG III (late) and StuH42 are offset forwards in relation to the mesh.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Destroy the affected tank.
  2. Walk or fire in front of the destroyed mesh (can clip through the rear of the mesh as well).

Changes to `DH_German_vehicles_stc`:
- Fixed `stug3g_destlate` position (it was offset far to the rear)
- Tightened collisions on `stug3g_destlate`.
- Removed some junk geo around `stug3g_destlate` mantlet.
- Adjusted `stug3g_destlate` gun position.

Changes to `DH_German_vehicles_stc2`:
- Fixed `Stuh_dest` and `Stuh_destsnow` positions.
- Tightened collisions on `Stuh_dest` and `Stuh_destsnow`.
