Clean up entity identity mess

So there is the identity class used entity sided to fetch an entity's identity data for actor generation.
There is also the storage.sexbound.identity table to store persistent identity data for a given entity. This data, however, seems to never be transmitted to the actor; except for the sub-gender which is built via the sub-gender module.

Time to streamline this process.
