Add a CCC compatible JSON/XML feed for the schedule

The CCC in Germany is publishing their schedule using a JSON/XML feed:

https://events.ccc.de/congress/2019/wiki/index.php/Apps#URLs_of_schedule.xml.2F.json

Quite a few mobile apps seem to be able to read this format, so it would be good to provide a similar feed for EuroPython.

FOSDEM also has number of apps which can read their format:

https://fosdem.org/2021/schedule/mobile/

Those seem to use the Pentabarf XML format.

Thank you for opening this issue. Here are a few information with regards to the schedule format.

• The schedule files for the Chaos Communication Congress and related events is generated by the C3VOC. The relevant documentation can be found in the C3VOC wiki.
• The EventFahrplan Android app loads the schedule.xml resp. everything.schedule.xml generated by the C3VOC via these Python scripts.
• The XML output can be validated with the C3VOC web validator which is relies on this XSD.
