Describe the Bug

One of my players caused the server crash.

Reproduction Steps

The player describes crash reason like this:

1. "I built a 2nd portal and it transform to one large portal. Create got me an error (can remember what error exactly)"
2. "I stepped in the nether portal and there was part of the train (although it is completely in the ordinary world) and I decided to expand it"
3. "I lighted the portal and went into it and the whole server is crashed"

Expected Result

Server doesn't crash
