In v1.10.0 along with the icon change, a major bug was introduced: Reminders for medicines with icons are not raised reliably. This issue was not found during testing, since it only affects the second time a reminder is being scheduled.
v1.10.2 fixes this bug by no longer showing the icon of the medicine in the notification. This feature will be re-introduced later if it is technically feasible.
