User story
As a public and federal user of Challenge.gov and CitizenScience.gov, I want to ensure a continuous user experinece through the GA3 to GA4 transition.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Create continuity report on GA3 to GA4 data collection
  • List features/toggles to change on Challenge.gov account
  • Test GTM container implementation
