Gravity Flow specific fields have no labels

You need Gravity Flow installed.

@rafaehlers I can't recreate this issue on my end, the fields labels are showing correctly.
gf 2.8.18 & 2.9.0 - gv 2.32 - gravityflow 2.9.6
