Would it be possible to keep the orientation and position of the mask from one colocalization event to the next? For instance: we measure the same fish repeatedly, then the orientation and position of that fish from one measurement to the next doesn't change. At the moment, the mask orientation/position is always going back to default when we load new image data/maps in the colocalize tab, but for some samples it would be desirable to keep the exact same orientation as optimized before. A tick to keep it in place or deliberately have it newly re-set before the next colocalization would be perfect.
