A great enhancement for the randomizer would be the possibility of using seeds which rearrange enemies (and minor items and NPCs, entrances?) in a way that their placements make sense for the world and lore around them.
The idea is to be able to replay Ocarina of Time with enemy (item, NPC) placements which stilll feel natural for the game. It would replicate the feeling to not have the game entirely memoriesed and still have some surprises left. Despite the changes your immersion into the world is not altered and you don't need advanced techniques to advance in the game.
