Describe the bug

When I was updating a game, my wifi cut out. Instead of stopping the download, my computer slowed to a crawl. When checking task manager i found "Legendary.exe" was using all my CPU. Upon forcing the application to close, i got an incorrect notification telling me my download was complete.

i was able to recreate this by simply turning off my wifi during a download. as soon as the computer reconnects, it goes back to normal levels

Add logs

none

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start a download of any game. In this case it was a game from Epic. Other platforms may vary
  2. While downloading the game, go to control panel and disable wifi
  3. Watch as your task manager reaches 100% CPU and other programs slow down a lot

Expected behavior

The downloader, I'm assuming Legendary.exe, should either detect that it cant send/recieve packets and wait until a connection is reestablished. At the very least ping the Epic servers a LOT less frequently as it appears to do
