Describe the bug

First of all: when installing ANY game from any store, I get a yellow "Warning: Path might not be writable" (see screenshot). This is nonsense, and it's writable just fine. I'm on windows 10. The selected path is "C:\Games" and is writable for all users (see 2nd screenshot). When I click "force install" it starts to download and install the game, writing to the path just fine. I have seen #1512 and #2072, but they are all on linux systems (some with NTFS file systems though) and the issue seems different...

My problem now is that for games from amazon, installation seems to fail silently. As you can see in the 3rd screenshot, I get a notification that installation is complete. Some files on disk are there, but way too small, but the amount seem to vary. This also lines up with the "nile" logs (see below) reporting being done after ~74 mb when the reported download size is roughly 2 GB. I've tried different games from amazon, same result.

It worked fine for a game from epic and gog, for the record.

Add logs

There is no "copy log contents to clipboard", but this is the nile log copy-pasted, hope that is what is needed?

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to 'any game' (from amazon)
  2. Click on 'install'
  3. Check path and click on 'force install'
  4. Wait for installation to complete
  5. Notice game isn't in library, and files on disk are way too small

Expected behavior

After installing a game, I would expect it to be in the library.
I wuold also expect it to not say a "path may not be writable" when it's writable just fine.
