Some EBDs have outcome results (and thus nodes) that do not have a resulting code (e.g. "A01").

For example: "E_0487_Prüfen, ob Entsperrauftrag erfolgreich" in "Entscheidungsbaum-Diagramme und Codelisten 4.0b".

Idea: Make field result_code optional in OutcomeNode
