The ability to register via the web or via mobile through a mobile friendly web site.
-- During registration users should be assigned a UUID.
-- During registration users should be able to choose whether or not they want a PDS.
-- Users should then choose whether they want their PDS to be hosted by Cogito or by an alternative solution.

For the demo the Registration page only needs to be able to register a user. This is just a page that accepts a username and password. The user will most likely be registering from an email. The link in the email should set the email on the registration page.

We don't need the user to be able to choose whether or not they want a PDS or anything about hosting.

It looks like I can modify the existing account/signup page since it's also somewhat mobile friendly.
