Android version 7.1
Repro: Turn badge on, scan for badges. Confirm badge showing in list of badges. Turn badge off, refresh list. Badge remains and is never removed from list.

This is problematic because if a badge is accidentally turned off, or the battery dies, there is no way for the user to now. The app allows the user to create a meeting with the badge if it has ever seen it at any point - even when the badge is off. The user is not notified that it cannot connect to the badge even after starting the meeting.
