Feature Request: DDI/OAI-DDI metadata export of the social_science metadatablock

If allowmultiples of the social_science metadata block is changed from false to true the export of DDI/OAI-DDI metadata crashes for this datasets. DdiExportUtil.java can’t handle this, it can only export single value.

In social sciences sometimes multiples are necessary to describe the methodology of studies, DDI also supports multiples. DdiExportUtil.java needs the ability to handle multiples, also ImportDDIServiceBean.java. Dataverse export and import utility should be able to handle single and multiple values. So that the allowmultiples of the social_science metadata block can be changed.
