UI testing

Hello!

What do you think about introduction of a UI testing framework to the CasaOS-UI repository. As I understood, there are no tests right now in UI and it makes every contribution very cumbersome because of potential regressions. For example, every bump of a third-party dependency (like vue2->vue3 update) requires a manual testing. With automated testing we would have at least some confidence that everything works as before.

What do you think if we introduce some end-to-end tests with cypress or playwright? I am happy to contribute and set everything up.

I am new to the community and not sure if there was any discussion regarding that? Do you have any preference regarding the testing framework?
