https://www.impulseadventure.com/photo/jpeg-snoop.html doesn't load in any browser; it sends the <head> but none of the document.

same issue here.
as i understand website contains useful information and links from other resources send to it
it would be nice to revive website or share resources on github so people can access them

It looks like most, if not all, of the site was saved on Archive.org (Wayback Machine). In fact, on the few pages I check, someone was telling the Archive to archive the site multiple times a day, every single day, for a few years.

It would be useful , to create a signatures database of the community, since now the site is no longer online and therefore I don't think it receives user-submitted signatures

EDIT: On that subject I just now noticed that I have a problem with the latest released version.
When trying to save multiple signatures, remove one and add another, all with the same program instance open the user database is not saved correctly.
I tried creating a fix https://github.com/Werve/JPEGsnoop
