---Kathleen’s rescue script ideas:

User texts HELP to XXXXX

Bot responds “Do you need 1. To be rescued 2. Shelter info 3. Evacuation Info 4. Other”

If user responds with #1

Bot responds “If you are trapped and need to be rescued please provide the following information:
Name
Full address where you are trapped including zip code
Phone Number
How many adults are trapped
How many children are trapped
How many pets are trapped
Physical Descriptions
Special considerations”

Then the info that is entered by the user there hopefully can get automatically entered into the form that is feeding the spreadsheet/api.

Bot responds “Thank you. You have been entered into our system. Your reference # is XXXXXX. We will do our best to get you help but we cannot guarantee that we will. Do not deny help from someone else because you are waiting on us. Please text [reference #] SAFE to XXXXX if you no longer need rescue”

I think it would be nice if we could assign the ticket after sending a confirmation text to the phone number entered, if possible, trying to avoid trolls

This needs some backend from the #rescue channel folks for us to interface with (even if it's forwarding messages to human beings)
