Hi,

Due to Wallhaven having seemingly taken measures to prevent HTML scraping from their site, which this version of the extension does, I uploaded a new version of gnome-wallpaper-changer.

v2 is using Wallhaven's REST API to fetch wallpapers instead of scraping HTML.

Also added a global toggle to scale wallpapers to the screen the wallpaper is displayed on.
