Component Template: Filter for language?

In the module, there is a filter for language of the study. In the component, I cannot find a filter for the study in the study list.

That is not right we always should have language filters.

Module: When configuring the Module, the instance of the module display (URL = http://..../administrator/index.php?option=com_modules&view=module&layout=edit&id=87) can be configured to filter for teachers, series and languages as well. So you can set a instance of the module for english studies, another for german and so on.
Component: When generating a new menue entry for the component there are filter for teachers, series and so on, but no language. So you cannot generate a menue entry for english studies, another for german and so on.

@st-anton Moving this to 9.1.0 as i don't have time to fixe this. to manny thing will need to be fixed with the model to make it work.

Need to look into this again and verify that we are compliant with language filtering.
