[Feature request] Excerptpedia section to save novels best parts

Alright.
I want a place where I can store my best pieces of text content of the novels I read. The human memory is feeble, but machines’ arent.

A way to just record excerpts in a section and then browse them later like nostalgia, funny part, interesting, or maybe an important piece of wisdom, and so on.
A museum-like for users personal novel-reading journey.

Excerpt examples:

It must save the excerpt, the novel name and chapter number. The chapter may or not be stored permanently as long the excerpt is saved in the "section", but i advise to include it, context reminiscing is also good.
It must be backup-able.

The UI for it can be at first the ugliest(functional is enough), doesnt matter, can be improved.

Other details

Screenshotting is not enough. I do it but my album is just a wall of screenshots unlabeled and cant access the related chapters easily. On some I dont even remember what novel name, mind you.

This feature should have minimum maintenance code.

Or others.
I personally like Vault in the name. Since the saved "precious" is personal and subjective
