Revise 'Guides' and 'Org Readme' into github pages

Guides

Guides would instead just rely on the readme/docs of the repo.

While this increases inter-dependency; markdown is just ugly, and means that the guide is out of date until a manual update is written.

Org Readme

Additionally if possible, a workflow should be used to automate updating the Organization's readme.

This would probably require the special .github repo to support workflows; which I fully expect github to have blocked, since its a 'special' repo.
