Allow auto extraction of backpacks

Backpacks! by brad16384 from 1.12.2 and prior has the feature where you can place the backpack against a wall in effect mounting them to the wall.

They further support allow inventory to piped into them and extracted from them.

if you can add something like that it would be most cool.

as an aside, a block that allows manipulating the packs would be interesting. the block could allow piping in/out and you put the backpack in a slot in the block. you could take that further and have a lot of slots in the block that will treat all the backpacks in it as inventory to extract from and filled in to. maybe redstone control as well.

Hey, the idea is nice, but I don't wanna steal the idea from this mod. I think the author will port it some time to 1.14.4 so this might not be implemented.
Piping in backpacks is a nice idea, and I think that this might get implemented with a custom tile entity block.
