The NeoPixelBus Wiki does exist and has tons of information in it. If you have suggestions for improvements this is the place to start that process.
The general guidelines for Wiki "standards of content" are:
All pages should be standalone; in that no external context is needed to understand them. This may require minor restatement of information to set the context, but in general this is a good thing.
Avoid one or two sentences pages (see previous), as they should have just been included in the source page that linked this page.
Keep the pages short as can be for the topic at hand. For large topics, this means having a page be an introduction or outline with sub pages for the details when the topic is large.
Try to keep the topic title unique and not too general. The topic title is used for the "file name" when it is stored.
(note the above guidelines will get updated and changed over time)
