ManageIQ support various console types, which means that we first need to identify what the API allows us to get – for example, there may be a VNC link that we can use directly. In some cases, specific proxies are required to support the remote console access.

There is an issue which I think, might be problematic for this feature within MIQ. The problem is that, as provided in the documentation (and I've also tested this) https://intersight.com/help/saas/features/servers/operate#launch_virtual_kvm , a client trying to use the "tunneled vkvm" feature, needs to be signed into the lab via Intersight's web interface as account or server administrator. Otherwise, the access is forbidden (403 or 401 responses are returned). This means that we can still redirect a client to a new tab in the browser directly pointing to the device's tunneled vKVM interface, but this will not bring up the kvm unless the client is signed-in into Intersight with the browser (session needs to be established beforehand so that a valid session cookie is used to the /cisco-vkvm/tunneled endpoint).
