Auth and control plane . it would be cool if side kick can be steered , so that it can be automated . Typically a control plane . Nats , choria, web hooks are ways to steer . The steering server ironically can be deployed by sidekick too. the fact that side kick does not create docker image might be an issue but I think side kicker can integrate with GitHub registry for that . Then the steering system can use those images |

Actually if sidekick can throw events then that will be enough for now. an easy way to do this is for side kicks cli to have a -jsonout arg . This would get the ball rolling . Just that allows automation . |

I don't think we will support this soon. I understand you wan to use Sidekick as part of an elaborate system to do things in an automated way. Sidekick is meant to be used by a person trying to deploy many projects to a single VPS quickly in a production ready fashion. I want to focus on this vision. While this sounds super exciting, it's not Sidekick as I imagine it. Close. Not Sidekick though |

Sidekick is meant to be used by a person trying to deploy many projects to a single VPS quickly in a production ready fashion. I want to focus on this vision. While this sounds super exciting, it's not Sidekick as I imagine it. Close. Not Sidekick though
