能否让串流画面贴到顶部？ #14

不知有没可能添加一个选项让串流画面贴到屏幕顶部？这样可以减少虚拟手柄对画面的遮挡。

另外请问项目文件是不是少了什么？我本来想试着自己改下，但发现没有 moonlight.xcodeproj 文件，不知怎么下手……
