Mosaic creation - take levy in the newly created mosaic

In nanowallet 2.0.14 user can't select newly created mosaic for taking levy.
This should be possible because many users want to create mosaic in this configuration. An example may be dimcoin where this was done programmatically because nanowallet don't allow for this.

Possible solution
Tested and it could be done in one API call (it's required to pass only namespaceId and mosaicId to create levy).

Workaround:
In nanowallet could we send two create mosaic transactions. Second with same mosaic id and with provided levy.
