--file component/oai-mme/ci-scripts/Dockerfile.ubuntu18.04 .

don't use this ./scripts/syncComponents.sh --mme-branch samsumg-s10-5g-g977u-merged
just use this command:
./scripts/syncComponents.sh
then it can solve your problem
