Consume raw file from the nested directories to have in the report

Suppose we are making a report from the directory reference A and if report files are present in the nested directories like A/submodule-1 and A/submodule-2, then these 2 directories are currently not taken into the account. It would be nice to have these in the account to leverage it in the future to have multi-module report generation.
