This repo is mainly to store things which do not belong specifically to single projects. Like tasks for the whole organisation, rules etc.
- This org should strive to have at least 3 people with owner permissions at all times to avoid becoming dependent on one single person
- The existing people with owner permissions can decide about giving owner permissions to new people
