• Made a small update to fix issues with caravan config UI not responding to user clicks.
• Overland speed is now calculated based on the slowest member of a caravan when vehicles are present.

Now vehicles cannot be "rescued" like animals when downed.

The Vehicle components are now FUNCTIONAL (with great thanks to Swenzi for working so hard on adding fuel functionality as well as other cool functions to vehicles). I'll be adding tutorials soon after a few more tweaks and tests.

This has now been resolved.

This should finally put an end to duplicate abilities.
Also made some minor adjustments to how abilities are removed.

Completed the CompInstalledPart code.
Now installed parts cannot be equipped or unequipped normally, and must be installed or uninstalled.
Removed odd "Prisoner" text on CompVehicle.
